Rt. Hon. Yusuf Falgore was born Sixty – Four years ago in Falgore ward of Rogo Local Government Area of Kano State, Rt. Honourable Abdullahi Yusuf Falgore was born (1953).

Between 1963 – 1969 he attended Falgore Central and Gwarzo Senior Primary School. He then proceeded to Bichi Teachers College in 1970 and graduated in 1974.From 1975 – 1978 he attended Advance Teachers College, Zaria and came out with a National Certificate in Education (NCE). He then proceeded to the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1981 – 1983) for a degree in Education.

Honourable Falgore was elected Local Government Chairman on a non – party basis and later served as Caretaker Chairman (Twice) 1991 – 1993, 2002 – 2003 respectively. He was also elected into the State House of Assembly twice, 2011 – 2015 then 2015 – 2019 respectively.  Before venturing into politics, Honourable Falgore was a staff of the State Ministry of Education.

Hon. Falgore the former speaker is the Chairman, House Committee on Guidance and Counseling between 2011 – 2015 he chaired the House Committee on Secondary Education.
