Rt. Hon. Jibril Isma’il Falgore was born  in Falgore in Rogo Local Government Area of Kano State. He was elected a Speaker of the Tenth Legislature on 13^th June 2023 on the Platform of NNPP. Rt. Hon. Jibril Isma’il Falgore is a Chairman of Rules and Business, Selection Committee Interparliamentary international and Member of the various House Standing Committee including Appropriation, Hajj, Higher Education, Health, Youth and Sports, Women Affairs, and C.R.C. Committee.
