Hon. Sa’adu Aminu Ungogo was born in Ungogo Local Government on 13^th October, 1963. He attended Ungogo Central Primary School and completed in 1978 and proceeded to Government Secondary School Bichi and obtained GCE O’Level and finished in 1983.  Hon Ungogo attended Bayero University, Kano for his higher education and read B.A (ED) History and completed in 1989. He was a Member Kano State House of Assembly in the 9^th Legislature. He has travelled to Saudi Arabia, Ghana, Ethiopia, and Turkey.  He is a Member of All New Nigerian People Party (NNPP) representing Ungogo constituency. Presently he is the Chairman House Standing Committee on Appropriation and Deputy Chairman Security and member of various House standing committees including, Environment, Higher Education, Health and Selection. His hobby is travelling.
