Hon. Musa Aliyu Muhammad Tiga was born in 1982 at Gwarmai. He attended Tiga Project Primary School, Government Junior Secondary School Rantan, He also attended Government Junior Secondary School Rantan, Government Senior Secondary School Secondary School Tudun Wada. Hon. Musa Aliyu Muhammad is a member of the New Nigerian People Party (NNPP)

He is the Chairman House Standing Committee on Commerce and Deputy Chairman Youth and Sport Committee and Member of various House Standing committees  including,, Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and Water Resources
