Hon. Murtala Muhammad Kadage was born on 2th December, 1983 in Garko Local Government at Kadage town, Kano.  He attended Hotoro North Primary School from 1990 to 1996 and proceeded to Senior Secondary School Mariri and Standard Comprehensive School from 2005 to 2008. He holds Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Kano University of Science and Technology. He was an Adviser to the Chairman of Garko Local Government from 2007 to 2010 Hon. Murtala Muhammad Kadage, is a Member of New Nigerian People Party (NNPP) and the Chairman House Standing Committee on Election committee of this Tenth Legislature and a member of various House Standing committees including, Public Account, Information, Education, and Land.
