Hon. Muhammad Ibrahim Rano was born in Rano on 10^th December 1981, Rano Local Government Kano. He attended primary and secondary Schools in 1991and 1997 respectively. Hon, Muhammad Ibrahim is a member of New Nigerian People Party (NNPP).  He was senior executive officer Account. He is a Chairman committee on finance and deputy chairman committee on Hajj and a deputy Chairman Emergency and Relief and member of various House Standing Committees including, Land, SUBEB, and Water Resources.
