Hon. Ishaq Mukhtar Ishaq was born in K/arewa, Madobi Local Government on 9^th June April, 1978. He attended Madobi Iya Primary School from 1984 to 1990 and proceeded to Government Arabic Secondary School Kura in from 1990 to 1993. He also attended Government Arabic Secondary School Shahuci,. Hon. Ishaq Mukhtar attended Aminu Kano College of Islamic and Legal Studies and obtained Diploma Certificate. He also went to Bayero University, Kano where he studied Islamic Studies. Hon. Sulaima Mukhtar was a Lecturer from CAS, Kano. He has travelled to at least six countries. He is a Member of New Nigerian People Party representing Madobi Local Government. Presently he is the Chairman House Standing Committee on Education and Deputy Chairman Finance and member of various House Standing committees including,, Agric, Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs as well as and Ethics and privilege.
