Hon. Aliyu Yusuf Daneji was born on 22^nd November, 1960 in Daneji Quarters Municipal Local Government Area of Kano State. He obtained his primary school leaving certificate in 1974 and secondary school in 1979. He also obtained National Diploma, and Higher National Diploma Certificates in 1983 and 1986 respectively. Hon. Aliyu Yusuf Daneji holds Postgraduate Diploma in 2004. He is currently a Chairman on Hajj and Deputy Chairman in Culture and Tourism he is also a Member in Agric, Transport and Judiciary Committees. Hon. Aliyu Yusuf Daneji has travelled wide and far including Saudi Arabia Dubai, Ethiopia. His hobby is Football.
