Hon. Zakariyya Abdulahi Nuhu was born in Zakirai Kofar Gabas, Gabasawa Local Government on 10^th October, 1988; he attended Abdurrahman Al-Gamdi Islamiyya primary school from 1997 to 2002 and proceeded to Government Arabic Secondary School Kwachiri from 2022 to 2008. He obtained Diploma in Hausa/Islamic from Aminu Kano College of Islamic and Legal Studies in 2013 and was elected under the platform New Nigerian People Party (NNPP). Hon. Zakariyya Abdulahi Nuhu was a former primary school teacher before he joined politics. He is a currently the Majority Whip and Chairman of CRC committee and member of various House Standing Committees including, Public Account, Health, Commerce, Works and Housing and Transport.
