Hon Labaran Abdul Madari served as Auditor and Financial Secretary of IPMAN in Kaduna State. He was born in 1968 in Madarin Mata in Warawa Local Government Area. He attended Kawo Cikin Gari Primary School from 1981-1986. For his Junior Secondary School, he attended G.S.S. Garko from 1987-1990 and Minjibir Teacher’s College for his Grade two Certificate. Honourable Labaran attended Federal College of Education Kano where he obtained a Diploma. A very humble person Honourable Labaran is the Chief Whip of the House, Majority Leader, and currently the Minority Leader of the tenth legislature. He is married with children and is currently serving his 4^th term as a legislator. He was first elected in 2007, 2019, and 2023 respectively. Hon. Labaran Abdul Madari is a Member of various House Standing Committee including, Inter-parliamentary Committee (African Region), Security, Education, Rural and Committee Development, Election Matter, Appropriation.
