Hon. Gambo Hafizu was born in Gurjiya, Bunkure Local Government on 26th September, 1981. He attended Gurjiya Central Primary School from 1989 to 1994 and proceeded to Sabuwar Kofa Junior Secondary School and obtained Junior Secondary Certificate from 1994 to 1997. He also attended School for Arabic Studies from 1997 to 2000. He was business man before he joined politics.
He is a Member of New Nigerian People Party (NNPP) representing Bunkure Local Government. Presently he is the Chairman House Standing Committee on Land Physical Planning and Deputy Chairman Public Service and member of various House Standing committees including,, Works and Housing, Transport and Selection.
