A business man turned politician Honurable Labaran Abdul Madari served as Auditor and Financial Secretary of IPMAN in Kaduna State. Honourable Madari was born in 1968 in Madarin Mata in Warawa Local Government Area. He attended Kawo Cikin Gari Primary School from 1981 – 1986. For his Junior Secondary School he attended G.S.S Garko from 1987 – 1990 and Minjibir Teacher’s College for his Grade Two Certificate. Honourable Labaran attended Federal College of Education Kano where he obtained a Diploma.

A very humble person Honourable Labaran is the Chief Whip of the House. The Honourable Chief Whip of the House is married with many children and is currently serving his 4th term as a legislator. He was first elected in 2007.
